These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tka99 platform and all related services. By accessing the tka99 website, completing registration, or using any of our services, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted these Terms.

tka99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document if required. Certain account features may be restricted until verification is complete.

3.1 — Welcome Bonus

tka99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — start playing with a total of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳17,000.

3.2 — Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

3.3 — Bonus Abuse

If any user abuses bonus terms — such as attempting to fulfill bonus requirements through risk-free betting — tka99 reserves the right to void that bonus and review the associated account.

4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods are currently supported on tka99:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile payment service.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Upay — A reliable digital payment platform.

4.2 — Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳500. The maximum deposit limit may change from time to time. The correct reference number must be used at the time of deposit — using an incorrect reference may cause delays in processing the transaction.

4.3 — Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, in some cases where verification is required, it may take a little longer.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — meaning funds are returned to the same number. Sending funds to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

4.4 — Transaction Rejection

tka99 may suspend or cancel any transaction in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• If account verification has not been completed.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• In cases of suspected money laundering activity.

5.1 — Fair Play Policy

tka99 is a fair play platform. The outcome of every game is determined by a neutral algorithm. Any user who attempts to exploit the system using software or techniques will be considered in violation, and their account may be closed.

5.2 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tka99:

• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.

• Causing harm to other users through fraudulent means.

5.3 — Technical Errors in Games

If a technical error or system malfunction causes a winning amount to appear abnormally high or a game to stop mid-round, tka99 may void that round and refund the wagered amount. No claims will be accepted for benefits gained due to an error.

6.1 — VIP Tiers

tka99's VIP program has three tiers. Users progress based on their regular activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

6.2 — VIP Benefit Conditions

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. tka99 reserves the right to modify VIP program benefits at any time. Cashback may expire if not used within the specified time period.

7.1 — Keep Yourself Safe

tka99 believes that gaming is entertainment — not a source of income. We advise all users to play within their means. If you are spending too much time or money, please speak with someone you trust.

7.2 — Self-Control Tools
